29-year-old Man Ejaculates On Woman Passenger In A Crowded Chicago CTA Train

Pervert rubs his penis on woman's leg during a crowded ride in a Brown Line CTA train and ejaculates on her pants as other passengers witnessed the act.

Chicago, Illinois - Last Thursday, José Saurez-Gómez, 29, of Chicago was charged in a Cook County Criminal Court with aggravated battery and indecent exposure after he was taken into custody by Chicago police on Tuesday. Several passengers in a Brown Line CTA train helped restrain Saurez-Gómez after he allegedly ejaculated on a woman's pants. Saurez-Gómez while riding in a crowed CTA train began to rub his penis on a woman's leg around 7:00 p.m. without her consent near the Southport Avenue stop. He then took out his penis from his pants and ejaculated on the victim's pants. His grinding on the woman's leg coincided with the train's movement, but was discovered after taking his penis out and ejaculating. 

He might have gotten away with it, if he would have kept his penis inside his pants. But, he wanted to avoid a sticky mess on himself and relief himself on the victim's pants and in public, according to witnesses. 

The woman's pants was recovered by police as evidence and for DNA testing in the case.

Two witnesses who saw the incident and were not splattered with semen held Saurez-Gómez until police arrived. Saurez-Gómez was ordered held on a $300,000 bond on Thursday and remains at the Cook County jail unable to post bail, according to the criminal complaint.
