Binesh, Syria - An ISIS terrorist message to all Americans first posted on YouTube and then on LiveLeak on the Internet shows the decapitation of James Wright Foley, 40, a U.S. reporter for the GlobalPost and a native from New Hampshire, who disappeared in November 2012 (Thanksgiving Day) from Syria. Foley is shown on his knees and is reading a prepared statement by ISIS, which blamed the U.S. for the deaths of ISIS members and innocent Syrians.
The masked man covered in black standing beside Foley has been identified as Adel Majed Abdel Bary, 24, a former London rapper. Bary then proceeds to decapitate Foley. Afterwards, Foley's body is shown decapitated and his head on the body's back.
A second U.S. reporter is also shown in the video and is believed to be Steven Joel Sotloff who worked for the Time and Foreign Policy magazines. He was also kidnapped in Syria near the border with Turkey. Sotloff awaits the same fate, according to ISIS.
The U.S. government has confirm that the video is real and Foley's death.
