Georgetown, Texas - Austin Michael Symonds, 18, has been fired from Papa Murphy's Take "N" Bake Pizza, 3316 Williams Drive in Georgetown after police charged him with a felony for the September 2 tempering of a customer's product. Police say, Symonds was caught by a customer rubbing his testicles (Scrotum) on a family-sized stuff pizza. According to a police affidavit for a warrant, a customer who went to Papa Murphy's just before closing to pick up a pizza that he had ordered noticed Symonds rubbing his testicles all over his family-sized stuff pizza.
Symonds apparently apologized to the customer after getting busted with his testicles on the pizza, the criminal complaint stated. Symonds told police, that if the customer wouldn't have caught him rubbing his genitals on the pizza, he would have sold it to the customer to take home and bake it.
Symonds who was taken into custody on September 12, also admitted to police that he became upset after he received a family-size stuff pizza with Canadian bacon, pineapple and extra cheese order just before closing. He posted a $10,000 Surety Felony Bond and was released on the same day he was arrested after getting booked, according to court records.
