José Mendoza Sosa Found Guilty Of Sexually Assaulting Daughters

Sosa was convicted of sexually assaulting his two daughthers.

Aurora, Illinois - On Friday, a Kane County jury convicted José Mendoza Sosa, 46, of 20 counts for criminal sexually assault and one count for aggravated sexual abuse of his two daughters. The criminal complaint states, that one of his daughthers age 15 told her brother that Sosa had molested her multiple times and a younger sister from June to August 2012. The brother notified police and Sosa was arrested and charged with multiple counts of sexual assault.
The prosecutor says, Sosa had even threaten the mother from saying anything about the assaults on her daughters. 
Sosa will be sentenced on October 16 and is facing between 80 to 307 years in prison.
