Police booked Michael Jace for homicide.

Los Angeles, CA - On Tuesday, Michael Jace, 51, was charged with the homicide of his wife, April Jace, 40. Jace was taken into custody on Monday around 8:30 p.m. shortly after admitting that he shot his wife multiple times at the couple's Hyde Park area residence.
Police are investigating the homicide as a domestic violence incident.
April's body had gunshot wounds and their two children were at home when the homicide occurred, according to police. Jace is known for his part in the "Shield" series of FX. He also appeared in other films.
