Milwaukee, WI - On Monday, the Hispanic Billiards League in a unanimous decision by its 14 bars membership decided to remove Alfredo García as their league president, Hispanic News Network U.S.A. (HNNUSA) has learned. Apparently, García missed two meetings and criminal charges filed against him for two felony counts for first-degree sexual assault of a child under 13 and repeated sexual assault of a child contributed to the decision by league members to replace him from continuing as president until the case gets resolved.
The Agave Tequila Lounge assets, equipment, liquor and beer stock on S. 6th St. and W. Cleveland, which García is associated with has been sold and a new owner has taken over the business.
The Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office ongoing investigation could result with possible additional sexual assault charges against García.

Update: García during an arraignment on Wednesday, January 21, pled not guilty in court and was ordered not to have any contact with the victim's mother.
García posted $25,000 cash bail on January 9 and remains free on bond.
