Wall Street Journal: Boko Haram Launches New Assault on Key Nigerian City of Maiduguri
WNU Editor: Maiduguri is the birthplace for Boko Haram, and their goal is to make this city the capital of a breakaway Islamist state .... so this attack should not be a surprise to anyone. But the Nigerian response to Boko Haram has clearly been a failure, and arresting their Generals and senior officers appears to be the only policy that they are pursuing.
