Milwaukee, WI - On Monday, Milwaukee Police Lieutenant Mark Stanmeyer Public Information Supervisor from the Chief of Police Office confirmed that the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office reviewed the final August 10, 2014 reconstruction motorcycle and vehicle collision that claimed the life of Donald Lee Dutch, 42, aka, "Casper," a motorcycle enthusiast and decided not to press charges or issue citations against the driver of the vehicle involved. Stanmeyer stated, "The investigation revealed the motorcyclist (Mr. Dutch) entered the intersection against the red light."
Dutch, a former president of the Mixtecas Motorcycle Club from Milwaukee was traveling Northbound on the 16 Street Viaduct and apparently ran a red light at the intersection, according to police. He was then struck by a vehicle headed West on Clybourn by Marquette University.
Dutch passed away five days later after life supports were removed.
